Cream Puffs
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Heat water and butter to rolling boil in saucepan.

  3. Stir in flour over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 min).

  4. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs until smooth.

  5. Drop ¼ cup for each puff on ungreased cookie sheet.

  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.

  7. Tip: the last 5 minutes of baking, poke with tooth pick several times on each puff to cook the inside.

  8. Fill with whipping cream and optional sliced strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.
