Creamy Lemon Chicken Orzo With Cherry Tomatoes
  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high and sear chicken 5–7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, add butter and garlic. Sauté 30 seconds, then stir in orzo and toast lightly for 1 minute.

  3. Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook uncovered 8–10 minutes, stirring often, until orzo is tender and creamy.

  4. Lower heat. Stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, tomatoes, and zucchini. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

  5. Add chicken back to the pan and toss to coat. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.

  6. Garnish with parsley and an optional drizzle of garlic cream or yogurt sauce.
