Air Fryer Jacket Potato
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).

  2. Wash and prick the potatoes, rub with olive oil and sea salt, and wrap in foil.

  3. Air fry for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway. Remove foil and cook for 10 minutes to crisp up the skin.

  4. Grill or air fry sausages until cooked, then slice.

  5. Boil or blanch peas for 1–2 minutes and drain.

  6. Cut a cross on top of each potato.

  7. Mash with butter, garlic and herb cheese, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  8. Top with sausages, peas, and onion gravy.

  9. Sprinkle with crispy fried onions.
