Make your ragu sauce how you always do
Cover the ragu sauce with cold but cooked potatoes
Mix the Greek yoghurt, eggs, cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper
Pour the yoghurt mixture over the potatoes
Top with the grated mozzarella cheese
Bake in the oven at 180°C for at least 30 mins, until golden and brown on the top
Let it rest for 15 mins before serving
