Mix together rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, eggs, milk of choice, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt
Fold in blueberries
Pour mixture into a baking dish
Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes
Cool and refrigerate
To reheat: Air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes
Top with 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey, and a pinch of cinnamon
