Blueberry Protein Baked Oatmeal
  1. Mix together rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, eggs, milk of choice, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt

  2. Fold in blueberries

  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish

  4. Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes

  5. Cool and refrigerate

  6. To reheat: Air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes

  7. Top with 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey, and a pinch of cinnamon
