Easy Lasagna
  1. In a medium saucepan, cook your beef mince with a drizzle of olive oil until browned.

  2. Mix in 1 jar of marinara sauce, then set aside.

  3. In a large lasagna dish, mix the remaining jar of marinara sauce, chicken stock, ricotta, cottage cheese and seasonings.

  4. Add 2 to 3 broken lasagna sheets, followed by the cooked beef mince.

  5. Press in the remaining lasagna sheets, making sure they are covered in sauce, as shown in the video.

  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

  7. Remove the foil and bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

  8. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing or scooping.
