PARMESAN-CRUSTED BUTTER BEANS
  1. Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat it to 400F. Line a quarter-sheet pan with parchment paper.

  2. Transfer the butter beans to a cutting board and pat dry.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan, rosemary, chili paste, and 2 tablespoons oil and mix to combine. Scatter the cheese mixture in a thick, even layer across the lined sheet pan. Layer the butter beans on top,

    making sure none overlap.

  4. Bake until the cheese is golden brown and crisp, 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the beans cool to room temperature.

  5. Carefully slide the beans off the parchment paper, slice into big chunks, and serve.
