Steeping Recipe
Combine the Turkish rhubarb root and slippery elm bark in a bowl.
Mix in 1 powdered sheep sorrel leaves.
Stir in burdock root.
Store the herb mixture in a glass container for up to 1 year. Should yield about 14oz or 1.75 cups
Brewing Essiac Tea
Bring 128 oz (1 gallon) of water to a boil over high heat.
Stir in ½ cup of the Essiac herb mixture.
Cover and boil the tea for 10 minutes.
Turn off the burner and let the tea steep for 12 hours.
After steeping for 12 hours turn the burner to high until the tea simmers.
Turn off the burner and transfer the tea into your glass storage bottles.
Cap the bottles and store the bottles of tea in fridge.
Shake well and Drink up to two ounces twice daily
Drink the tea on an empty stomach and wait 2 hours before eating.

Note:
For preventative maintenance or detoxification, the suggested dosage is: 2 oz, in the morning on an empty stomach, waiting 15 minutes before ingesting food or drink.
If you are experiencing a health challenge, the recommended dosage is 2 oz. 2 times daily on an empty stomach. * An empty stomach is defined as 15 minutes prior to food or drink or 2 hours after your last meal.
