cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauce garlic until fragrant.
Add Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika, stirring to combine.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering for 3-4 minutes.
Store in cooked pasta, sausage, and Parmesan. Toss everything until well coated.
Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
