📝 Important Cooking Notes
When seasoning the chicken, make sure it’s well seasoned by adding more spices if needed
Cook the chicken on medium heat for 6-8 mins till golden brown then set aside
Cook the onions and peppers for 5mins at least till soft and fragrant
When adding the milk and cream cheese make sure the heat is on LOW to prevent the creamy sauce from splitting
Cook the macaroni in boiling water for 7-8 mins then drain and remove
After adding the macaroni and chicken back in the pan, give it all a final mix till well combined
Best to reheat this in a microwave or a pan with a splash of milk to make it creamy again!

STEP 1 - First slice your chicken breast into cubes, add the fajita seasoning mix with olive oil and lime juice. Mix till you lose patience! Boil your macaroni pasta for 8 mins then set aside
STEP 2 - Next get a pan on medium heat, cook the chicken in light butter for 6-8 mins till golden brown then set aside
STEP 3 - In the same pan add your chopped onions and bell peppers with extra fajita seasoning. Cook this for 5 mins till soft and fragrant
STEP 4 - Then lower the heat completely and add milk, cream cheese, cheddar and mozzarella. Mix till the cheese melts and the sauce is cheesy and creamy
STEP 5 - Add the cooked macaroni in the creamy sauce, give it a good mix, add the cooked chicken with a squeeze of lime juice. Give it a final mix then serve and ENJOY!
