Vegan Doner Kebab
  1. Blend the tofu with the rest of the seasonings, add breadcrumbs to thicken if needed. You want a dry, moldable paste.

  2. Wrap in cling film then shape into a log and refrigerate for 1hr+.

  3. Brush with oil and bake for 30 mins @ 200°C.

  4. Slice off the outside, serve on a Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbread with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, tzatziki and hot sauce.

  5. Brush the kebab roll with oil, bake in the oven again then slice off the next serving.
