Finely chop 1 large chipotle pepper.
In a mixing bowl add 250ml sour cream, 1 chopped chipotle pepper, 1 tbsp of adobo sauce, 1 lime zested and juiced, 1 minced garlic minced, ½ cup fresh basil, 1 tbsp chopped red onion and a pinch of kosher salt. Mix well.
