Cottage Cheese Mini Bagels
  1. Strain the cottage cheese by spooning it into a fine-mesh sieve and let it drain to remove the liquid.

  2. Add flour, baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in the cottage cheese and mix everything well together.

  3. Knead the dough into a ball by using your hands. Divide into four equal portions and form them into rings.

  4. Grease a parchment paper lined baking tray and place the bagels on the baking tray.

  5. Brush the bagels with egg yolk and sprinkle with toppings of your choice. I used everything bagel seasoning.

  6. Bake at 400 F/ 200 C for 20 minutes in the oven.

  7. Let them cool and enjoy!
