Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats
  1. Combine all ingredients (except for ¼ of the greek yogurt, salt, and the graham crackers) in a glass bowl or mason jar.

  2. Mix until combined.

  3. Dollop the rest of the Greek yogurt on top, sprinkle cinnamon, sprinkle salt, and sprinkle crushed graham crackers.

  4. Leave covered in the fridge overnight

  5. Enjoy in the morning!
