Combine beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, half and half, and sour cream in a large pot or skillet
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika
Mix cornstarch with a small amount of water to create a slurry and add to the sauce
Stir until well combined
Add the frozen homestyle meatballs to the sauce
Bring to a simmer and cook until meatballs are heated through, approximately 15-20 minutes
Stir occasionally to ensure even heating and sauce consistency
