    Filling

  1. In a LARGE pan heat oil on med-high, and brown chicken on both sides.

  2. Add in the potatoes, carrot, and onion, along with garlic, and ginger.

  3. After sautéing for a few minutes to get color, add chicken broth and water.

  4. Cook for about 20-30 mins until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender.

  5. Add seasoning and salt to taste. Do not use all the seasoning, the recipe makes more than is needed.

  6. After seasoning, add Worcester sauce, and honey to taste.

  7. Dissolve corn starch in hot water, then add to pan, and mix.

  8. Cook until sauce thickens up. Serve over white rice
