Italian Sub Salad
  1. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, vinegar, ½ tablespoon italian seasoning, garlic, salt and 1 tablespoon brine from pepperoncini.

  2. Add a large bowl add the lettuce, turkey, salami, pepperoni, capicola, cheese, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini and black olives.

  3. Drizzle in the dressing when ready to eat and toss to coat.
