Position a rack in the center of your oven and preheat to 400ºF (200°C).
Season chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, instant chicken bouillon (if using), and one teaspoon of paprika. Arrange in a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, parmesan, pepper, minced garlic, two teaspoons of paprika, parsley, red chili pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Pour the mixture over the chicken cutlets in the baking dish.
Bake the garlic parmesan chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165˚F (75°C).
Serve the baked garlic parmesan chicken immediately, with a side of cauliflower rice or baked veggies, and the remaining sauce for dipping.
