Add two chicken breasts to a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and homemade ranch dressing
Mix until combined and let marinate for about 20 minutes
In another bowl, combine shaved Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and homemade ranch dressing, mix until combined and set aside
In a separate bowl, combine seasoned panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and melted butter, mix and set aside
Heat oil in a pan and lay in the chicken breasts
Sear for about 3 minutes on the first side
Flip the chicken and add the parmesan mixture on top
Finish with panko breadcrumbs
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through
Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus
