Almond And Flaxseed Crackers
  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well. Don't worry if the mixture seems dry at first, keep mixing and get your hands in there and it will come together to form a dough ball.

  2. Place the dough ball onto a sheet of baking parchment on your counter and put another sheet of baking parchment on top of the ball for rolling out.

  3. Use your hands initially to press down and then roll with rolling pin until very thin (around ¼ of a centimetre).

  4. Remove the top parchment paper and use a pizza cutter or knife to gently cut into whatever size cracker shapes you wish.

  5. Lift the parchment paper directly onto a baking tray and bake for 10-15 mins in preheated oven at 180C. The edge crackers could brown quicker as they may be rolled thinner so keep an eye on them and remove them from the tray when they're done and put the rest back in for another few mins until golden brown.

  6. Leave to cool and use the pizza cutter again to separate the crackers and enjoy!
