  1. Put the chicken breasts in a food processor with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Form the mixture into patties and freeze for an hour.

  3. Make a dry coating by mixing 1 cup flour, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder.

  4. Make a wet batter by mixing 2 cups flour, ½ cup corn flour, 2 tsp paprika, 3 tsp salt, 3 tsp pepper, 2 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp onion powder with water until smooth but thick.

  5. Coat the patties in the dry coating first, then the wet batter.

  6. Fry the coated patties in oil heated to 320°-350°F until golden brown and floating.

  7. Serve the fried chicken patties on buns with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise.
