Vegan Sticky Miso Glazed Chickpea Cutlets
  1. Heating your oven to 190°C is the first thing to do.

  2. Take the cooked chickpeas and add them to a bowl.

  3. Start mashing them till they become even enough.

  4. Include pepper, salt, paprika, garlic, nutritional yeast, flax egg, & breadcrumbs.

  5. Strat mixing all of these ingredients and create four cutlets of even sizes.

  6. Adjust the parchment above the sheet for baking.

  7. Assemble the cutlets on the baking sheet.

  8. Baking duration for them will be 25 minutes.

  9. You will then turn them at halftime so that the cooking becomes equal.

  10. Make a mixture of the glaze inside a small bowl.

  11. Before 5 minutes of taking the cutlets out, spread this glaze over them.

  12. Then your delicious cutlets are ready for you to eat.
