Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Wash and halve the potatoes. Then score each half - this will help with the crispiness.
In an oven safe dish, mix together the melted butter, oil, seasonings and Parmesan cheese until a thick paste forms. Set aside a tsp of the paste.
Place the potato halves down, skin up. Glaze the tops with the paste and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
