If you’re using decorating bags, add cream cheese to the bags and close tightly with a rubber band. If not, skip this step and use a knife to spread your cream cheese!
Cut the cheese into triangles the size of your base cracker (we used Triscuits). These should be around 1.5 inches long and half an inch thick — or whatever covers your triangle cracker!
Spread or pipe a bit of cream cheese onto the base cracker, then stick the cheddar triangle on top.
Repeat with the rectangle cracker and attach to one end like a pie crust — keep in mind, a little cream cheese goes a long way!
Optional: Pipe a dollop of cream cheese onto the top to look like whipped cream!
