Hydrate & Recover Deli Container Refreshers
  1. Grab two deli containers or glass mason jars.

  2. Add 4 lime quarters and a couple pinches of salt to the bottom of each.

  3. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to smash everything down and release the juices.

  4. Add a handful of blueberries, a small handful of pomegranate seeds, and some fresh mint if you have it.

  5. Gently smash again. You want to release the juices without pulverizing the berries.

  6. Fill the next two-thirds of the container with lots of ice.

  7. Pour in sparkling water, coconut water, or half and half (depending on whether you want extra electrolytes).

  8. Give it a good swirl.

  9. Taste and adjust with more lime, salt, or fruit to your liking.
