Grab two deli containers or glass mason jars.
Add 4 lime quarters and a couple pinches of salt to the bottom of each.
Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to smash everything down and release the juices.
Add a handful of blueberries, a small handful of pomegranate seeds, and some fresh mint if you have it.
Gently smash again. You want to release the juices without pulverizing the berries.
Fill the next two-thirds of the container with lots of ice.
Pour in sparkling water, coconut water, or half and half (depending on whether you want extra electrolytes).
Give it a good swirl.
Taste and adjust with more lime, salt, or fruit to your liking.
