Chicken Satay With Thai Sriracha Dipping Sauce
  1. Salt the chicken thighs on all sides and place in a bowl.

  2. In another bowl, mix the remainder of the chicken ingredients with a whisk. Add to chicken and marinate 1 hour or overnight.

  3. While that marinates, combine your sauce by whisking all together, set aside for service.

  4. Turn a grill / grill pan on medium high and grill chicken on one side for 5-8 minutes, until you have nice marks, flip and finish cooking through. Pull chicken off once internal thermometer reads 165*F.

  5. Serve with sriracha sauce and green onion garnish!
