Use a small knife to skin and score the fat of the ham
Press cloves into a pattern of your choosing
Wrap the end of the bone with foil so it doesn't burn
In a small pot on medium heat bring all glaze ingredients to a boil then blend
Preheat oven to 160C
Place ham on a wire rack over a roasting tray and brush with glaze
Add 1 cup of water to tray so the drippings don't burn
Place in the oven just above the bottom so the ham is sitting in the middle of the oven
Bake and brush with glaze every 10-15 minutes for 120-150 minutes of cooking time
Add 30 minutes to cooking time if using a whole ham
