Method

  1. In a large bowl whisk together luke warm water, sugar, yeast

  2. Add flour, salt and olive oil

  3. Dough should look sloppy

  4. Cover with a tea towel

  5. Rest for 4 hours

  6. Spread a good amount of olive oil in a baking dish

  7. Slide in soft dough, spread out with fingers

  8. Rest for 45 mins

  9. Preheat oven to 220C/450F

  10. Punch dough with fingertips

  11. Sprinkle with salt, olive oil and rosemary

  12. Bake for 20-25 min
