Method
In a large bowl whisk together luke warm water, sugar, yeast
Add flour, salt and olive oil
Dough should look sloppy
Cover with a tea towel
Rest for 4 hours
Spread a good amount of olive oil in a baking dish
Slide in soft dough, spread out with fingers
Rest for 45 mins
Preheat oven to 220C/450F
Punch dough with fingertips
Sprinkle with salt, olive oil and rosemary
Bake for 20-25 min
