Bombay Tawa Pulao
  1. Cook the rice for 10-12 mins

  2. In a tawa or flat kadhai, add 2-3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp jeera, 2 medium onions, 2 medium tomatoes, ½ medium cabbage, 2 medium boiled potatoes, 1 small capsicum, 1 cup green peas, 2 tbsp green chillies

  3. Add 3-4 tbsp prepared garlic paste, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1-2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp dhaniya and some water

  4. Grate some beetroot in the end

  5. Serve with raita or dahi
