Apple Streusel Snacking Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients (eggs, acv, maple syrup, and oil).

  3. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix together.

  5. Transfer batter to the baking dish.

  6. Next, prepare the streusel topping. In a small bowl mixed together, the streusel topping ingredients.

  7. Evenly spread it out on top of the batter.

  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  9. Remove foil and bake for 10-12 minutes more, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  10. Let cool completely.

  11. If making the icing, whisk together the ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle on top.

  12. Cut into 12 squares and enjoy.
