Easy Stuffed Bagel Bites
  1. Preheat the oven. Turn your oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make the dough. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl. Add the greek yogurt and stir with a large spoon until a sticky dough forms. (You'll know it's ready when the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl.)

  3. Form the balls. Lightly flour a work surface and divide the dough into 8 pieces. Use your hands to tightly roll/form the dough into balls. (This helps the dough stick together so the filling won't ooze out while baking.)

  4. Stuff them! Flatten each ball with your hand (to about a ¼ inch thickness) and place a cube of cream cheese in the center. Fold the dough around the cream cheese to seal it inside. (You'll want to make sure all sides are sealed so the cream cheese won't burst out. Do this by putting some hot water on your fingers and rubbing the creases together.)Roll the stuffed balls with your hands again to make sure they're sealed.

  5. Bake. Place the balls on your prepared baking sheet and brush them with the whisked egg white. Sprinkle EBTB seasoning over the top of each ball and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Serve. Transfer the bagel bites to a tray to cool and serve.
