Easy Blueberry Galettes
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and cut 5” rounds into your pie crusts.

  2. Mix your blueberries sugar and lemon together & set it aside.

  3. In a stand mixer prepare your cheesecake filling and put it in a piping bag. Set it aside.

  4. Prepare your crumble and set it aside. Time to assemble!

  5. On a parchment lined baking sheet layer your pie crusts, cheesecake filling, blueberries and fold in the edges.

  6. Brush the edges with egg wash and sprinkle with a little sugar .

  7. Top with crumble and bake for 10-12 mins or until the edges are browned and the center is bubbling.

  8. Once your galettes have cooled sprinkle them with powdered sugar and enjoy them as is or top them with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
