In a bowl combine the oat flour, peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir until it starts to stick together.
If too dry slowly add more peanut butter. If too wet, slowly add more oat flour.
Line or grease a 6- hole muffin tray
Divide the batter between the 6 holes
Press the mixture down firmly and then top with 1-2 tsp of chocolate
Sprinkle whatever toppings you like and refrigerate until set
