Black Sesame Mochi Bread
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Generously oil a 9x13 baking dish.

  3. Combine black sesame powder, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk.

  4. Add coconut milk and evaporated milk. Whisk.

  5. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk and taste for balance.

  6. Cover with whole black and white sesame seeds if desired.

  7. Bake for 60 minutes, remove, and season with a lot of kosher salt.

  8. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes before serving.
