Baked Chicken Meatballs (gluten Free Whole30)
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. I like to use my hands. Don't overwork the meat mixture.

  3. Roll into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
