Cut carrot into small pieces / dice
Cut green beans into small pieces
Dice onion
Finely chop garlic
Add onions and garlic
Saute until fragrant, about 1-2 minute
Add all the vegetables
Cook until tender
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce
Saute for a while to make the taste more fragrant
Add rice
Add 1 tbsp curry powder
Mix well
Until each grain of rice is well coated
