In a blender, combine oats, milk of choice, peanut butter or nut butter, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and salt
Blend for about 30 seconds or until completely smooth
Pour into a jar and let it thicken in the fridge for about 10 minutes
Melt chocolate chips with a little bit of coconut oil using 30-second microwave intervals
Remove the oats from the fridge
Add a layer of Greek yogurt
Pour the melted chocolate on top
Let it sit overnight
