Peanut Butter Chocolate Blended Overnight Oats
  1. In a blender, combine oats, milk of choice, peanut butter or nut butter, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and salt

  2. Blend for about 30 seconds or until completely smooth

  3. Pour into a jar and let it thicken in the fridge for about 10 minutes

  4. Melt chocolate chips with a little bit of coconut oil using 30-second microwave intervals

  5. Remove the oats from the fridge

  6. Add a layer of Greek yogurt

  7. Pour the melted chocolate on top

  8. Let it sit overnight

  9. Enjoy your peanut butter chocolate blended overnight oats
