Peach Ricotta Cake
  1. Cream butter and sugar

  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time

  3. Mix in ricotta, yogurt, vanilla, and lemon zest

  4. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt

  5. Spread into a pan

  6. Top with halved strawberries, peaches or other fruit and sprinkle brown sugar over all the fruit.

  7. Bake at 350F/180C for 40 minutes
