Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease an 8-inch (20 cm) round or square baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
Stir in the grated carrots.
Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until combined.
Fold in the nuts and raisins, if using.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
Mix together: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1–2 tablespoons softened cream cheese (optional), A sprinkle of cinnamon.
Spread over the cooled cake before serving.
