Chocolate Veggie Muffins
  1. Add the eggs, bananas, carrots, spinach, oil, honey/maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar to a blender and blend.

  2. Add the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and cocoa to the blender and blend again.

  3. Fold in a handful of chocolate chips.

  4. Bake at 350°F for 16-18 minutes.
