Scoopable Cookies
  1. Combine butter and sugars until smooth

  2. Add in the eggs, vanilla, salt, and baking soda until combined

  3. Stir in the flour completely and then the chocolate chips

  4. Measure out ½ cup portions (6 ounces) of dough and roll them into balls

  5. Place on a plate and freeze for 20 minutes

  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  7. Place the cold cookie dough balls in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish

  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden

  9. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving
