Homemade Pretzels
  1. Mix the warm water and brown sugar until dissolved, then add the yeast and let it sit a few minutes

  2. In a bowl combine the flour, avocado oil, and yeast mixture, mix until a dough forms and knead for about 3 minutes or until smooth

  3. Set aside to rise for 90 minutes

  4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, flatten each into a rectangle, add your cheese and chili, and fold to seal the dough

  5. Gently roll it into a log and shape it into a pretzel

  6. Mix the 2 cups of water with the baking soda in a bowl, dip each pretzel in the mixture, and place them on a baking sheet

  7. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with flaky salt, and bake at 450°F for 12 minutes, or until golden
