Divide the dough into 4 pieces, flatten each into a rectangle, add your cheese and chili, and fold to seal the dough
Gently roll it into a log and shape it into a pretzel
Mix the 2 cups of water with the baking soda in a bowl, dip each pretzel in the mixture, and place them on a baking sheet
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with flaky salt, and bake at 450°F for 12 minutes, or until golden
