If you count a vinaigrette as one ingredient, this is an amazing 5 ingredient dish. Orange olive salad. Sounds weird but is absolutely delicious.
Oranges - Cara Cara’s are best, then blood orange, then navel: slice off the peel and section. Try to leave as much of the pith out as possible.
Castelvetrano olives - you can buy these already pitted at Whole Foods
Toasted, salted pistachios, shelled - I get a bag of them from Trader Joe’s and shell them myself. They are the saltiest and crunchiest
Vinaigrette - a little small diced shallot, 1 part red wine vinegar, and 3 parts EV olive oil, salt
Fine chopped parsley to taste - this one is optional, but does add something to the dish.
