Chile Crisp Alfredo Pasta
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and minced garlic in a pan.

  2. Add pasta (enough to cover the bottom of the pan) and stir to coat it with olive oil.

  3. Pour in enough chicken broth (2-3 cups) to boil the pasta.

  4. Bring to a boil, then let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Add heavy whipping cream while the broth is simmering.

  6. Once most of the liquid has boiled away, take it off the heat and mix in butter.

  7. Stir in chili crisp, Parmesan & parsley

  8. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, to taste, and enjoy!
