Caesar Chicken Milanese
  1. Tenderize chicken and season with salt and pepper before coating in flour, egg wash and panko bread crumbs

  2. Fry in 350F oil until crispy for about 8 minutes and season with salt

  3. Bake pieces of bread in the oven with salt and olive oil at 400F for 10-12 minutes to make croutons

  4. Combine chopped garlic, anchovies, dijon mustard, egg yolks, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco sauce

  5. Whisk in olive oil and add parmesan to the dressing

  6. Add romaine lettuce with croutons in the salad dressing bowl and gently mix

  7. Serve chicken with caesar salad
