  1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sweetener, garlic, and ginger together to make a marinade.

  2. In a wide pan, brown meat until pink on the edges.

  3. Add in veggies and marinade.

  4. Cover with lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

  5. Serve with rice, garnish, and enjoy!
