To a bowl, add the rice flour, salt, & hot water.
Mix until a dough forms, then transfer over to a cutting board or table & knead the dough for 3 minutes.
Roll the dough out as seen in the video & cut to desired tteokbokki length.
For serving, boil the tteokbokki rice cakes for 8-10 minutes, then prepare with your favorite type of sauce & cheese.
