Protein Peanut Butter Cups
  1. First, mix your greek yogurt and chocolate protein into a bowl

  2. Place the mixture into a non stick rubber muffin pan

  3. Mix the peanut butter protein and water in a separate bowl

  4. Apply a thin layer of the peanut butter mixture on each of the cups in the muffin pan

  5. Place the pan in the freezer for 2-3 hours

  6. After the cups are frozen, Melt chocolate chips (or take sugar free chocolate sauce) and apply a thin layer to each cup

  7. Place back into the freezer for a few minutes

  8. ENJOY!
