First, mix your greek yogurt and chocolate protein into a bowl
Place the mixture into a non stick rubber muffin pan
Mix the peanut butter protein and water in a separate bowl
Apply a thin layer of the peanut butter mixture on each of the cups in the muffin pan
Place the pan in the freezer for 2-3 hours
After the cups are frozen, Melt chocolate chips (or take sugar free chocolate sauce) and apply a thin layer to each cup
Place back into the freezer for a few minutes
