Option 1:
Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan on low/medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer for 20 min. Chill and store in a mason jar in fridge.
Option 2:
Whisk everything in a bowl. Transfer to a mason jar and store in the fridge.
NOTE: Adjust vinegar amount to preference of acidic level.
