Smoked Fish Tacos
  1. Combine dry seasoning in a small bowl.

  2. Remove the red snapper from the packaging. Rinse the fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  3. Brush fish with olive oil. Then apply the dry seasoning to all sides of the fish.

  4. Place seasoned red snapper into a preheated smoker and smoke at 225℉ for approximately 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130℉

  5. Remove from smoker and serve. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime or lemon.

  6. Chop up your smoked fish into dice-sized pieces.

  7. Then quickly cook your corn tortillas over high heat in a small pan. Only 1 min per side.

  8. Place some fish in each taco along with cilantro, onions, and tomatoes. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Serve and enjoy!
